Installation Support program offers customers who have purchased and
registered their Qstream product, technical support on the local installation
of that product for free for a period of 15 days after purchase.
- Incident Based Support Service - This comprehensive
set of customer support solutions provides a wide range of flexible offerings
supporting the non mission-critical needs of customers and partners. These
programs are targeted to customers and partners that require solutions to be
run on simple environments serving a non significant number of users. Further
to this, it allows customers and partners to leverage on their budgets,
resources and knowledge over the life span of a complex project in an easier
way then other support services offered by MIGG Systems.
- Enterprise Support Service - This service offers a
comprehensive set of customer support programs providing a wide range of
flexible offerings supporting mission-critical needs of customers and
partners. These programs are targeted to customers and partners that require
solutions to be run on complex environments serving a significant number of
users. This support model allows customers and partners to decrease financial
risk and avoid cost surprises by providing predictable expenditure.
- Software Subscription Service - MIGG Systems Software Subscription
Service provides you with rights to all minor and major product upgrades -
without incurring any new license expenditure. This service also provides
access to developer network libraries and utilities, and the ability to submit
product enhancement requests to our product management teams.
- Development Service - MIGG Systems Development
Services provides you with skilled engineers ready to be integrated into your
